1. Brown Bag Wines
With a focus on clean and expressive wines, Brown Bag wines is a farm-to-glass distributor for minimal intervention wines made organically and biodynamically. Wines are sourced from the regions of Italy, France, Austria and Spain. For this Circuit Breaker Period, he has collaborated with local distillery, Brass Lion and mixed up “The Merlion Spritz” ($38, 200ml), a bottled cocktail made with Brass Lion Singapore Dry Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Cherry Liqueur and Aromatic Bitters. Best served in a wine glass topped up with Prosecco!

4. Jekyll & Hyde
Jekyll & Hyde has been serving up cocktails at its cosy Tras Street venue, making a name for itself with innovative cocktails and local flavour infusions. For the Circuit Breaker Period, they are introducing a weekly rotating menu of bottled cocktails delivered to you every Friday. Some of their signature cocktails will be featured including “Mr. Bean” ($23.10 nett, 1 portion), a unique mix of Tau Huey, butterscotch liqueur, kaya, Frangelico and Vodka. For this week, we are looking forward to trying their Sakura Spring, a fragrant fruity concoction of gin, mixed berry yoghurt and citrus. ($33.00 Nett, 240ml served in 2 Portions)
5. Joo Bar
Singapore’s first modern Korean brewery specialising in organic home brewed makgeolli continues to offer this popular Korean Rice Wine drink delivered to your home during Circuit Breaker. Choose from their Original Flavour ($16, 500ml) or 10 unique flavours ($22, 500ml) including Taro and Passionfruit. Complete your drinks with some Korean bar snacks including Gochugaru Fried Chicken ($18) or Joo Bossam (braised pork belly with white yucha kimchi) ($26).
A newly launched bottled cocktail brand from China, LAIBA is now available in Singapore distributed by Dsypatchr. Offered at very accessible and attractive prices ($12.50 for each bottled cocktail), you can enjoy 7 unique cocktail blends, including In Love with Rosemary (Strawberry and Rosemary Infused Gin, Aperol, Apple, Rosemary Syrup and Bitters) which just won the Silver Medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Awards. Made with craft spirits, cold-pressed juices and natural syrups, the cocktails are ready to be shaken and poured over ice!
7. Paper Lantern Distilling
Paper Lantern Gin is the company’s flagship spirit – a meticulous blend of eight botanicals that elevate cocktails, evenings and attitudes. One of the only rice based gins in the world is distilled with the softness of rice, warmth of Sichuan pepper and brightness of lemongrass, before being finished with a sweet kiss of honey. They’ve recently introduced a 200ml mini bottle ($35) edition which makes for a great introduction as well as a Gin & Premium Mixers Set ($55) perfect for your next G&T night!
8. Sunday Punch
One of the pioneers of small batched bottled cocktails in Singapore, Sunday Punch was created by Yap Hwee Jen and Mark Tay in late 2014. They pride themselves on using the finest ingredients and collaborating with the best in the industry. Their latest partnership with everybody’s favorite cupcake bakery, Plain Vanilla has resulted in “Summer Thyme” ($40, 250ml) a refreshing cocktail that combines the tartness of raspberries with the savouriness of thyme.
