Where to Toast 2019
We are only days left before the final countdown to the new year. It’s time to gather your friends and family, make plans and host an amazing New Year’s Eve (NYE) party!
We present our recommendations for five group venues to host an unforgettable celebration to usher in 2019:
1. The Black Swan
Suit up and host a glamorous NYE party at the Black Swan, housed in a beautifully restored 1930s landmark building. With its Art Deco-style interior reminiscent of Gotham city, this steakhouse has created a special NYE menu with wine pairing. Feast over decadent classics including oysters, bacon & baked potato chowder and a Westholme wagyu ribeye roast. Book a table or upgrade to a private room in the ultra-exclusive basement of the building’s former vault. Post dinner, head upstairs to The Powder Room and enjoy a cocktail experience film noir style. Don’t forget your bow ties and feather boas!
For a more relaxed and island-style affair, head over to Panamericana on Sentosa. This sprawling venue located within the Sentosa Golf Club has the most picturesque views of the South China Sea. The casual Pan-American Grill and Bar features a verandah and lawn, perfect for events. Secure a table at the verandah and enjoy the natural sea views and breeze as your group dines over sumptuous South American cuisine. The highlights here are the grilled whole meats and seafood cooked over charcoal in an Asador, a traditional Argentina grill. Dine family style and order refreshing island-style cocktails, small plates to share and a grill for the mains. For dessert, save room for the Churros which are light, fluffy and dipped in decadent chocolate!
